Bunker(s) are nothing more than the name given to a ships fuel tanks which can hold coal, diesel or heavy fuel oil(HFO), dependent on the propulsion type. (Not so much coal these days)

A point to note, some ships carry bunker Diesel/HFO AND cargo Diesel/HFO, it’s important for the loading and unloading to know which is which...

Also when replenishing (topping up the fuel tanks) it's called bunkering...
