I've got to say the Victorian approach to returning residents has me a little perplexed.
I was very pro-victoria in the way they eventually got things under control but it seems to me they abandoned their residents by locking them out over the holidays.
Got to say I am impressed with NSW, they are probably doing the best job of managing the health response without imposing undue hardship on their residents
