Short memory you have.

Holden supposedly committed to Aus for another 10 years in 2012 in return for a $275mil injection of funds. Only 18mths later, they had their hands out wanting that figure increased to $500mil.

It was a game of economic chicken. And you wanted the taxpayer to keep caving?
