However if I had been an investor, or had a couple of houses I just couldn't vote Labor. I can see why people stayed with the coalition. Shorten made it into a class debate and it seemed to backfire.

I’m also a union member and EBA employee but under labor’s calculations I’m a high income earner.
Years and years ago I voted labor by default, then I thought they’re claims against the libs sound too far fetched, so I researched, since then I’ve voted both ways depending on what my research shows,
This time round I honestly don’t think labor getting in would have any impact on my work situation, because even though bill was a union guy I think he cared little for the people and only wanted to buy votes
