Can you post the 2 letters after the CK17 code as these tell us what year and month it was built. The first 1600GT Capri is a CK17JM code (J=1969, M=March) and then the next 113 are CK17JP (J=1969, P=April). These 1600GTs were all built before the Capri was released in May, 1969!

Thanks for your opinions, advice and help Terry, it's much appreciated.
I'll keep it standard, I just want to get it running, and do the body as I go, it won't be a perfect example, just something I can jump in and drive.

The numbers are CK17JB.
