yep one of the biggest issues at our mine is absenteeism. if you are reliable on that front it's a big plus.
most of the "boneheads" are unskilled, as in not trades, but have acquired skills learned on the job.
i might have a lead for some drilling jobs in qld too if anyone is interested, i can find out some details?
