Have fun with your classic vibe strat, there is nothing like Fender cleans!
The best Squire i ever played was an old MIJ Silver Series... The Gold Series never came close imo.
I had gigged with my LP, SG and 77 Marshall Super Lead for years but got used to rolling down the vol for cleanish songs on the Gibsons, but one day i found a 75 Vester Strat copy (MIJ) that was left out for kerbside rubbish collection and restored it! It plays beautiful now.
