Default Improving Fuel Economy - Fuel Shark or Fuel Doctor?

Came across this nifty gadget for improving fuel economy: Fuel Shark

There's no mention of what affect it will have on LPG engines.

Seems like a decent deal at $US29.95. Might have to get a few of them.

There is also the Fuel Doctor FD-47:
http://www.amazon.com/Fuel-Doctor-FD.../dp/B0031BRN2I

http://au.askmen.com/entertainment/g...y-booster.html

Anyone else interested in either of these should read this link for more info.

That would go well with those electric turbo's that fit on the intake system as well!

Higher tyre pressures, analyse traffic better, so don't race up to a red light then jam on the brakes, try to always keep the car moving, as you use more fuel getting the car moving again from a complete stop than if you where just still rolling forward a little.

Accelerate like your grandma on Bingo night as well.

No 5 cent resistors in a plastic box, wired into pin 83 on the ECU.

also using ultralight throttle uses more fuel than giving the car a light spanking

I'm a marine biologist on a oil platform 75,000km out of Australia, I'd like to pay about 20x the market worth of your old 1989 EA Falcon CFI, its for my brother, my agent will come inspect the car, then we'll deposit the money via paypal on collection.

On a serious note, I think I'm probably the only person who used western union money transfer successfully to someone in Indonesia for some parts when I did my old mans HID conversion, better chance of winning lotto.

If I plug in a double adapter and use 2, do I get 18% lower consumption?

Boffins get paid big money to modify and tune hardware and software in each engine to gain 5-10% gains... how silly they must all feel now

All it seems to be is a voltage stabilizer, possibly a capacitor...

Most modern electrical systems achieve voltage stability by using higher capacity
alternator pushing charge into the battery and using it as a voltage stabilizer..

Let's see...fit one of these amazing devices, save about 10% fuel economy. Fit a Fuel Doctor and save another 25%. Fit a HiClone, and get up to 25% increase in economy...hell, fit two and get another 25% as well. Fit one of those spark things that used to go on top of the dizzy and save another 10%. Fit an electric turbo and save another 10%. Then maybe fit a fuel linemagnet and get another 10% saving. Find some of those magic fuel pills that you used to be able to buy, and save another 10% or so, maybe buy a

Bloody hell...if I do all that, my car should actually make fuel...my problem would be makiing sure I keep draining some out of the fuel tank so it doesn't overflow...
