Central locking going beserk!!

Man, this driving me nuts, what to do ???

My driver door wont open from the inside or outside. I have to slam it repeatedly from the inseid while pulling the handle to open it. Once open, if I push the inside handle in, it will start making a on and then off again weird clicking sort of sound. The Key wont work, the remote wont work.

Where do I start to attempt to fix this please ??
