Gets rather annoying after a while.

Yeah, she's an old scam been around for quite a while - there have been a few threads on it in the past. See this thread

Doesn't seem to be much that Carsales have done about it...as it is obviously still going on.

there isn't much they CAN do. in fact, there's bugger all. How do you block every email address from sending enquiries? if they block all other countries from accessing carpoint/carsales they'll just use a proxy, which if they have a clue, they already are

eBay is just as bad for it now.
