Default 205/40/17's Uniroyal RainSport 1

Evening all,

Just managed to pick an absolute bargain on a full set off Uniroyal Rainsport 1s

They look like an awsome tyre and I can't wait to get them on my ride

http://www.uniroyal.com.au/home/inner.asp?pageID=200

In saying this, I went to put a deposit down on the guy said that he had 2 sets.

Please if anybody wants the other set PM me, they are available in Brisbane's western suburbs.

All details will be given in the PM.

Cheers

$145 each fitted and balanced, these apparently retail for around $225 or more each!

Cheers

I think they are just older stock, as their is a Rainsport 2 out now, but seems to have a larger blocks, so may be a bit noisier!!!

http://www.conti-online.com/generato...sport2_en.html

Only thing I have heard from overseas is 1 or 2 of the guys said they wore quickly, but they were talking 15 to 20 thousand miles!

How much will they do them for without fitment mate? I've done a bit of research and I think this is too good to be true! Many forums report they are good tyres, yet so cheap, even for older stock??? If we buy in bulk will get get them cheaper still or is that the value?

I'm very interested, considering I paid near $200 for my previous Fiesta 16 inch tyres!!!

That'd be awesome mate. I'm in Toowoomba, but the Firstas seats fold so a nice trip down to Brisbane will do it wonders!

I'm very keen, I just can't get over how cheap the tyres are. I'm pretty much sold. Only $600 for tyres? Wow awesome. Do you know if they have the rim protector on them, I love that about my tyres on the factory 16's. Has like a rubber overlap so prevent stuffing your rims on curbs. Cheers man!

Don't think it has much of a rim protector on them although in saying that I can't remember, he said can sell for $130 each so you got a good bargain their, PM your details and I'll give you the address. Tyres are in Ipswich at a local tyre dealer, nice little 50 minute drive for you!!!
