Default AU handbrake assembly

My Mrs AU's handbrakes ratchet mechanism doesn't seem to want to play ball anymore. The handbrake won't stay on.

Any tips on a fix or how to go about replacing the mechanism?

It's driving my Mrs nuts.

Brenden

Only thing is to pull it out and see what's wrong with the mechanism. Pulling the drivers seat out first will make it easy.
