I believe he may also have the record for the highest miles on a Maclaren as well...as he said, he actually gets out and uses the damn thing instead of hiding it away. Same as Jay Kay from Jamiroqui...he actually uses the supercars he has instead of polishing them and looking at them.
Good on him! Oh, and the news item said what a Maclaren F1 was worth "when new"...I wonder what one is worth today? I would wager well over the 900,000 pounds it took to repair it... |

He does a few classic races and that sort of thing so he can steer, but i'd imagine with no electronic aids and possibly wet english roads it could turn very nasty, very quickly.
