1. Repair some damage.
2. Get Rimskins (if they will fit). Hoping to give them a slight dished look as they are gunmetal grey.
3. Find it some AU LWB friends at our meets.
4. Service it later in the year.
5. Am considering swaybar(s).

as above.

wash it from time to time, and service (get someone else to service) when it is due.

i'd like to retint rear windscreen, but won't get around to it. and i'd like a new sticker for the rear windscreen - jetpilot sticker is dying

so it looks like we'll be loosing a few of our au brethren to newer model cars :(

as for me, I've finally got it sitting on super lows in the rear and lows in the front, just need to get the windows tinted and some extractors to compliment the 2 1/2" 'zhorst and i'll be happy

My plans:

Interior - Already partially completed, only a few pieces left of woodgrain to get rid of and have mod-coated
Exhaust - Its criminal with a single 2.5" pipe behind the stroker
Swaybars - Spent a on the Koni's and Eibach's yet stock Ghia sways :/
Paint - Start taking care of the paintwork a bit more, wash and clean properly.

The far-fetched plans would be a supercharger, set of track rims with wider rears + semi slicks, set of alloy heads and a cam swap.

No no, true enough question. If i wrote off my AUII right now, i think yes i may replace it with an AUIII 'mont, but i'm not going to change whilst my AUII is fine. If i say had a window winder'd, no height adjust on the seatbelt dirty AU1, then an AUIII would be a nice upgrade, but not over an AUII it isn't.

And one of the reasons i've stuck with my AUII is personally, and like RG, i see the B-series as possibly a backwards step if not at least only a side step. They are just far too plain.

Now if only the FGs'd drop in price a little...

Since my "baby" is just over 10yrs old and done about 255klms, there are a few things I have planned to do this year.
1. Uprgade front brakes to 330mm (back brakes later) and suspension
2. Fit leather interior from ser11 fairmont ghia
3. Fix bracket that holds pedal box under dash (spot welds cracked)
4. Fit T3 heads,crow cam and timing chain,Trickflow manifold.

Have all of this sitting in the shed, just have to get time to put it all on!
