For the front suspension :
The RTV's top and bottom arms are the same as standard Falcon.
The RTV's spindle upright/knuckle is almost identical too.. but the tie-rod end mounts onto it from the top (instead of from the bottom) so the taper in the spindle is the other way around to account for it.
The RTV's top and bottom inner pivot mounting points have been lowered (to give the body lift). This is done by unique top arm mounts and unique cross-members.
The RTV's also have a unique steering rack arrangement, longer flexible brake hoses and ABS sensor looms (to account for the suspension droop distance being further from the chassis - due to the lift)... and a unique sway bar set-up too.
The RTV's longer shock length makes up for the additional distance from the bottom arm mounting point, to the top of the suspension tower.
Other than this... the RTV's front suspension pretty much works in the same operating range as the standard Falcon (just that the body is sitting higher off the road etc)

For the rear suspension :
The RTV has unique front leaf spring hangers and rear leaf spring shackle blocks (this is what provides the rear lift)
It also has a unique component mounted to the top/outer of each diff axle housing, held on by longer U-bolts. This component is used to reduce the bump-stop gap back to "standard" measurements (as the axle housings are moved down, away from the chassis with the lift)... and to provide a mounting point for the rear anti-tramp rod pivot. (The front anti-tramp rod mount is in the front leaf spring hangers)
The RTV has a multi-link rear suspension set-up (ie: leaf springs and anti-tramp rods) to help maintain traction (off road).
The RTV's longer rear shock length makes up for the additional distance from the bottom cast plate mounting point, to the top shock absorber chassis mounting bracket.
Other than this... the RTV's rear suspension pretty much works in the same operating range as the standard leaf-sprung Falcon (just that the body is sitting higher off the road etc)

Changed spark plugs and thermostat today as it was running really cool.

Also found that the rubber ring on the plastic intake pipe is damaged and does not fit around gas mixer properly.

Its sort of o.k back on o.k for now but i will have to either try and get another from Pick a Part or may have to buy a whole new Genuine intake pipe as the rubber ring cannot be removed/replaced from the plastic.

Runs a about 1/3 on temp guage now.
