I did have a rubber one for ages, though. If only you had of mentioned the carwash before i paid $30 for that one! I could have got it for free! :P lol

Dammit dave, you'll never stop with that care will you?! LOL.
Did you have an ED/EB manifold on there previously or EF/EL?

No point in stopping now, mate ;)

It had the EA manifold originally (obviously! :P), but then it had an EF one.

I've been playing around with an AU one (the au one's don't have that little protrusion behind the throttle body). I've been attacking it with the dremel to clean up a lot of the casting marks, etc. So far so good, but i won't know what sort of a poer difference it makes for a little while yet ;)

Nope, no knocking on the manifold

It does hit the bonnet, but that's just because stupid me put the hose clamps around the wrong way. I'll fix it up first thing this morning. ;)

lower the front - I have king lows in the front
finish filing and colour code the side moulds - in progress still
finish the rear bumper - well its the colour of the car at least
polish up the rims a bit more or get some 17's - got 16" eb optionial rims - still not polished
paint my rocker cover to match the car colour - got a pretty red one, but will do this
fit an ed inlet manifold - went with bbm (ed manifold floating around garage)
fit an ed/ef head and cam - I do have an EF cam at least, and rockers
extractors - got a set of perry extractors
BA Gearbox - well BA shifter at least
BA Headlights - They are in, I am happy with them
interior re-trim - yeah re-trimmed a little

planned date on all this is completed by 2020, i think i have a slight chance at it.

ON the list now:
EL ECU to get the BBM to run correct and make over 100rwkw.

I havent done too bad, forgot about this thread

- Minor Headwork
- Ghia Bumper Moulds (with chrome strip)
- Leather Interior?

On the exterior I got those new rear tyres and removed the spoiler. I will still get the NL cornering lights and tint. I have decided the pinstriping will stay. Oh and I got brand new headlights for it the other day. Long term plans are to get the front bar resprayed and get a new boot lid without holes, and if I can save a bit of money some Simmons FR18s

Under the bonnet I got the Pacemaker extractors and just a single 2.5" exhaust from the cats back. Not sure about getting all that Trickflow stuff now, maybe just upgrade to explorer manifolds and see how that goes.

For the interior I haven't done anything. I will eventually upgrade the stereo, but that won't be happening any time soon.

I missed this thread 1st time around!

Umm, well the BA shifter in mine still isn't complete :P Gotta grab hold of a manual fascia sometime (change of plans for what I'm doing with the console) and Thanatos' gauge pod has given me a little idea ;)

Since January I've done/had done the following things (car was initially 100% stock):

65mm t/b and 70mm MAF
Pacemaker PH4000s + Twin 2.5" into single 3" exhaust
BA shifter mod
Superlows
BTR S5 mild shift kit (works awesome with BA shifter in SSS mode!)
EBII trip comp and c/c

I should've also had a set of GT40P heads fitted by now, and I have a set of Explorer manifolds sitting boxed up in the cellar, but still haven't done this due to (initially) delays and (currently) lack of $$$. I've lost hours at my 2nd job which means I'm losing up to $200 p/w in income. Sucks to be me! Still haven't got my tax back yet either...

Oh, I've got 3/4 of a thermofan setup at home, I just need to get some fuses and a 2nd relay, haha!

Unplanned mods:

Wombat-spec bodykit
Failed diff ratio change (3.27 --> 3.9 (for 10 minutes) --> 3.27) :alien2:

Future mods:

Respray
Pimp Tint
Fitting the damn EF GLi tape deck (still looking for some plugs!)
Vortech or KB (looooooong way off!) :Reverend: :Reverend: :Reverend:
Changing the diff for a COMPLETE 3.45 LSD diff sometime...

That's about it... Now back to working on my late assignment :
