Default $500.00 in all old age pensioners bank accounts

whats the place called that put $500.00 in all old age pensioners bank accounts because they were just good people but not for dissabillity support pensions

you got a better idea tell me why would you put $500 in the pensioner's account's is'nt there an election coming up soon think this has been done before they call it a sweetener as for that department and room that is a joke

because my grandfather was saying all the old age pensioners got $500.00 each on top of their normal fortnightly pay as a one off thing and the other pensions wernt covered i found out by someone else and it was only for the old age pensioners

It was in Costello's May 2007 budget all Age pensions to get a $500 payment by 30/6/2007 & all Carers Allowane receipants to get $600 & Carers Pension $1000. So in summary it was the Age Pension & Carers Pension that were covered.

What about the $4000 to future parents who may not even be expecting yet? Is that vote buying too soon as theres conspiricy theorys like above?

No if you deliver in the financial year ahead you get it. They are encouraging you to have kids not trying to buy votes. I know Mo some of the things that are being given is a first and its hard to beleive.
