Car Show - 3rd May 2009
The Rotary Club of Keilor is holding its Annual Car Show on Sunday the 3rd May 2009, in the grounds of the historic Keilor Hotel (Melways Map14 ref J6. the Car show will be held in conjunction with our popular monthly craft and produce market providing lots of entertainment for the whole family. All profits from the Car Show will be donated to Victorian BushFire Support. We extend an invitation to all of your Club members to exhibit their cars or attend this wonderful event. Enclosed are brochures with details of the show for distribution among your members. The "People's Choice" awards will share a cash prize of $300 and there are lots of other prizes and trophies for other categories. This year we have also included a prize for Best Car Club exhibition. We would appreciate your support in publicising this event to your members and encouraging their support for this worthwhile cause. Pre-registration of their intention to exhibit their cars would be appreciated. Based on last year's success, it promises to be a fun day. I have attached a brochure for the car show and would appreciate it if you could assist by distributing it to your members or posting it on your web site.
