Default 12 volt scissor jack

G'day.
Any of you blokes used a 12 volt electric scissor jack stand under your car ?
If the quality was okay I think they would be good, especially in the garage.
I think I will buy one.
If you are not familiar with them, Google it.

I've got one for the garage and I love it, it's a little slow when it gets up near it's maximum height but not enough to worry about.

G.day.
What brand is it.
I thought it might be a good thingy for the garage, even two off them to lift evenly, using a 240-12 volt converter.?

It's an Ebay no-name and the Ebay link to it has long gone.
I wouldn't trust them without using jack stands, plugging into the cig lighter works fine.

Okay thanks.
For added safety a stand could be placed under front cross member.

When the price comes down I'm going to complement my jack with something like these.

I just ordered a 12 volt jack $68 free postage.
I will give it a go.
I also like the idea of hydraulic lift ramps but bit hard to use under the front.
I might make one, scissor jack it up. hydraulic ramp under wheel, up, replace scissor jack with stand.
With Me Bad back I hate getting down under cars.
