ATTENTION ALL CLUB MEMBERS. THERE WILL BE AN EXTRA-ORDINARY MEETING HELD ON JULY 7TH AT 7PM AT SETTLERS INN, TO DISCUSS LOGO CHANGE, SECRETARY’S POSITION AND CONSTITUTION AMENDMENT. JULIE TO TEXT AND EMAIL MEMBERS, CHRIS TO ADVERTISE IN PORT PAPERS. JULIE TO BRING 3 DRAFT IDEAS FOR LOGO TO ADD FOR TRADE MARK BLUE OVAL. WALTER SUGGESTED THAT COMMITTEE STAY IN TERM FOR 2 YRS. FOR MEMBERS WHO CAN NOT MAKE THIS MEETING CAN YOU PLEASE SEND IN A LETTER TO THE SECRETARY STATING OF YOUR AGREENCE OR DISAGREENCE ON ANY OF THE ABOVE MENTIONED MOTIONS.THANK YOU

Afternoon to all MNCFOC members, the July info letter has been sent out, but due to the flood the mail might take a little longer than normal, Sorry guys.
Also don't forget about the club cruise to Wingham on Sunday 26th June, meeting at the Port Macquarie dough-nut on the highway at approx 9.15am. For the members that have not yet received their currnet membership cards, can you please let me know so I can have them for you at the club run.Thanks. Melissa Club Secretary. |

Thank you to the 17 members that turned up to last night meeting. All the motions that were bought up have been resolved.
Secretaries position has been filled. Motion was put forward for Melissa Cameron to stay on as the Clubs Secretary for the remainder of the current year. The two year term for the committee has been put forward to the Department of Fair Trading, we just have to wait for their reply. The club logo motions will be sent to the Ford Motor Company of Australia for their final decision if we can use the "FORD" logo. Melissa Cameron |

All paper work has been sent down to the Department of Fair Tradings main office in Bathurst, and its going to take awhile.
Still waiting for a reply from the Ford Motor Company Head Office.

It took them 5 months to agree to the use in the 1st place so may not hear back until end of year
