Yes their large 'loss' posted this year was the result of R&D costs that had been carried forward year on year and had to be realised.

Its a simple fact that no manufacturer will spend half a billion dollars creating a new car at Falcons price point for it only to sell 1000 or so a month. Its 100% unfeasible, unless by some miracle they have some sort of export plan for it, or they switch to a global model for production.

The original plan for FG to be sustainable with the money spent on it was 3500 a month. Its light years from that now.

Exactly and even though that was made clear in the statements that that was the case, the press turned it into another Falcon death spiral story.

Paying out so many redundancies will more than likely put an end to that. Big dollars there. Not to mention months and months full of down days.

You can't make money when you're paying people to stay home.
