87 Monza Red XF.... Till i ploughed it into a gutter drifting amongst silvias and 180's...

It was never the same after that so i guess i sold it (but with a cracked head, whinning diff and buggered transmission)!

The 1st road terrorist, 1989 EA Fairmont
Featuring:
Chopped springs (70 odd MM clearance)
Single US Audio BMF-15 Godzilla sub, good for 136.9 dB with kenwood 6x9's
Crappy sound deadening
CFI!
3 speed auto (was all 1 mashed up gear when it left..
Some random 15's that i offered a bloke a slab for
No A/C
But, now that i think of it, it was the most reliable car i've had. It did get raped on a daily basis, And a hole in the fuel tank from trainlines at ~80k's

After that trip down memory lane, i miss it now :(

1989 TX5 Ghia 5spd. 16" Speedy Longchamp wheels, Pedders Springs, 2.25" catback exhaust, and K&N panel filter.

It was a good car and it served me well. I miss it when I go on long drives because my current car is uncomfortable as hell regardless of how fast it is :

A 71 XY Falcon 500.
6 cylinder with 3 on the tree.
I went through 5 clutches and 3 gearboxes in two years in that poor thing.
I still have it and it is now in primer undergoing major modification.

My first car was an EL gli, lowered with 15" rims. I thought I'd put an old pic up of my brothers first car(the XE) with some cousins and their first cars. the pic was taken in about 1996.

The pic is only bad quality because it is so large.
