we could but i believe people with families and others will be having work parties and or family xmas parties hence why I went for Jan and to give people notice so we can organise were and food etc maybe a bbq lunch, So Im thinking 31st Jan or 17th Jan lets see what others say So anyone In South East Queensland is Welcome

just a suggestion - you need to come up with some firm plans then people will commit once they know exactly whats happening.
you prop should also pass it by the Qld Cruise director for the forum (i think thats the correct process) good luck with it all. no sure what im doing Oz day yet.

Okay thanks Mate how is the Qld Cruise Director I was just trying to organise it cause its a great idea, not to do anyone out of a job and also some suggestions where people would like to go would be great. Was thinking Meet At Nudgee Servo and up to Mary Caincross Park For a Bbq and then Back Again Say meet there at 9:30 ~ 10:00 and head up there have a spot of Lunch and some photos etc then back again
