Default 2006 Ford Focus Zetec 2.0L Questions

So I have a 2006 Ford Focus Zetec.
I bought it second hand from a private seller. They didnt have the servicing manual or owners manual when they got it originally.
So I dont have the little booklet with all the info.
When I look online, mainly get what is recommended in the States. When I need whats recommended in Australia.
So just curious what fluids are recommended? (Engine oil, oil filter, Manual trans fluid etc)

Not the best quality scan, but this is the summary page from the service guide of a 2006 LS Focus.

Cheers for that.
Another quick question about the brake/clutch fluid.
Checking the specification (ESD-M6C57-A), I'm finding that the brands recommended by SCA (Castrol, Penrite, Valvoline, and Nulon) have ESZ-M6C55-A. Is this a big difference or no? (In the past if my cars needed Dot 4 or 5W30, I thought they were pretty much interchangeable)

Edit: Oh also forgot to ask. Spark plugs? (first car that was built in the 2000's) Used to getting copper NGKs.

Dot 4 brake fluid is fine and meets the spec.

Spark plug, Ford specify AGSF 22 FP which is a Denso brand plug, but any of the major brands will have equivalent.
