Default Ba Edit Opportunity

Calling all BA Falcon owners

Anyone interested in getting their cars edited with the CAPA software, by one of the leading Edit tuners in the Country?

The company I have been dealing with have spent the last 12 months researching and developing custom tunes for all BA's, everything from XR N/A's, Turbos, XR8's, GT's, GTP's Tornados and Typhoons. They just specialize in tuning BA Falcon ECU's. Nothing else.

They have teamed up with a Leading Melbourne Drag racing identity, and is offering a unique opportunity to get your car Custom Tuned by them in SYDNEY! Thats right, just up the road. The boys are taking a road trip and want to help us on the eastern seaboard get the most performance and enjoyment out of our BA's.

This is an excellent opportunity for existing stealth and flash tuner owners to get their box tuned exactly to their car, or for anyone considering getting the edit done exactly right the first time.

Please feel free to contact me for any further information

Cheers, Dannopower

These two guys are sooooo passionate about Ford's, plus they have the runs on the board to prove what they can do.
Best in the business in my opinion.

It all comes back to how much time and $ the software developers want to involve.

Its my understanding that the main reason the edits were developed for the BA's is that the company that developed it, SCT technology in the US, have been writing edit software for Ford Mustangs, F Series trucks etc in the states for many years now, so once Ford aus took to using a similar ECU for the BA's it was a matter of money in the Bank for them!

Unfortunately i cant ever see there being an edit developed for the AU's buddy, but im sure Simon from XTreme could answer that more specifically.

The AU edit is being developed now. Might be out by years end. Some guys here have been testing the AU edit. EECV or something it is called. SCT unit. I dunno much about it. All this IT stuff hurts my head

Laminge, that's a bit unfair. Why should Ford owners, such as yourself, be declined this great opportunity because of the commercialistic ways of this forum? Should we ban all talk about Fords because they're not a sponsor?

Better close/edit these threads:

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=15769
Yella Terra aren't sponsors, so why should we promote their event?

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=15854
Neither Redback or Hemux are sponsors!

http://www.fordforums.com.au/showthread.php?t=15633
Oh no, Mercedes aren't a sponsor, better not let people know that the new Mercedes exists.

out:

Also, this is just in our club discussions, for club members. I know everyone can post, and we are guests of your (?) forums but how else would we let other club members know about this event? Dan only just found out about it, and it's on before our next club meet.

Thanks mate, I mean, really, this is our club forum, so as a club member if i think something is coming up that some members may benefit from, then whats so wrong about offering my educated opinion on a product or service, regardless of what it is and whether they sponsor this or not.

Fact of the matter is, i believe in these guys from Xtreme, and my results from the last dyno day shows everyone in reality that what they are doing is totally on the right track. Simons advise has helped me spend hard earned dollars in the most positive areas, all im offering is to share his expertise in a rare opportunity for all of us on the eastern sea board.

Thanks for your support.

Dan,

Do you have a link to their website. I would be interested to have a look at their stuff. By the way you are still the talk of the town at Gentech. I was speaking with Marcus and he is still impressed by the numbers that your ute makes.

Cheers

Hi Dan

Oops, sorry about that. Thanks for having it put here. It is great when a business can be bothered to give interstaters an opportunity like this.

Doesn't seem to happen too often, especially at their own expense, ie: travel etc.

Looking forward to next weekend _2:

Mate, Chris from Bluepower in Melb could help you out im sure, as could many other tuners in Melb that are getting awesome results, like Dynowog and Horse Power Factory.

This trip is to just help us in the sydney region get an opportunity to have our car tuned by people that have the results on the board!
