Hi Fad

I tried to upgrade to satnav on my 2014 fgx falcon using the obd genie product from USA

The upgrade fails and whilst the package they gave me includes ad card with maps and USB sync upgrades I am wondering if the asl obd product has any better chance of working

Whilst the staff at obd are helping me I figure it's a compatibility issue

On one hand I could cut my losses and abandon the effort outright or I could try the asl product

From what I have seen of the obgenie product it looks good but if it is a compatibility issue because of a limitation on my car, then so be it

How certain are ask that what you have will work on my car ?

Or would you advise I don't go this way ...

The ODB Genie also is a rip off, and all cars are different so there will be compatibility issues. We have to supply different hardware for different cars so I understand why it would not work. I would cut your loses. Our kit is designed specifically for the FGX.

Cheers
