I didn't feel a thing when the quake happened. It must have happened when I was walking back home from a local supermarket. Got home, put the radio on and they were talking about it.

A lot of people got the shakes in Canberra north of the lake but very few reports south of it. Nothing in the district I live.
I had two thoughts. That building got ****ed up and I was thinking there are a lot of brickies to clean up the bricks with not much else to do. Then I thought how weird it would be if the bricks fell on the brickies if they had been there protesting at the time

They do have a grog outlet but I didn't buy any grog and it was way too early for me to be drinking anyway.
