Default Optical Tacho App

- Has anyone here tried such offerings? Looking at one for the iPhail, mainly to check/compare cooling fan speeds.

(While here, feel free to comment on the complete dog’s breakfast iOS 13 has become. Out two months and already at 13.2.2 which is clearly deficient. Did they hire some Indian rocket engineers recently?)
