Default Bowden Collection feature on Gasolene TV

The car collection is being featured tonight on Channel 31 Analog and the new digital channel 44 as part of the motoring TV show, Gasolene TV. Check it out tonight if your in Melbourne and for viewers in other states, click here for all the info

Should be pretty interesting for those who have not been for a tour through our sheds, and for those that have, a few new things will be in there...

Cheers,
Dan

It was good to see the GT 40 again P1034, although, he was wrong when he said that there was only one in the country. There’s actually two. The other one is owned by Rod Sherrard. His is GT40 - P1109.

Cheers

Cheers guys, you can watch the 2 programs online at the Channel 31 website here; Channel 31 Gasolene July 20th and July 27th are the two episodes your looking for.

Hmm, on the GT40 I beg to differ, 1109 was built after the period by Safir, so not a chassis not from the era, and not something constructed by FAV, so not an original GT40 in that sense.... It is a car that was given a different story so it was then eligible to race here in Australia. I hear it has now been sold overseas....

Great show, I stuffed up recording episode 2 , ending up with a drumming and a fishing show! Thank God for the C31 website I got to catch up with it. I think Glen may still have his "Happy Helmet" on after recording those shows!
Cheers, Dave
