There's nothing at all for the Fiesta
I see the Fiesta has a 1.6L Duratec
I can get a 2.0L, 2.3L Duratec Cosworth 67mm throttle body and a air intake
I don't think it'll fit on. If you get me a photo of your engine bay so I can see if the air intake will fit on.

I can get prices on the actual parts but not fitted. I am a distributor only.

Even though its a 2.0L Duratec engine, the specifications are different to the latest 2.0L Duratec engine. I would have to find out for you if the manifold, throttle bodies and air intake would fit your engine. There are 2 different Manifolds. One is for the Zetec that goes at the back of the engine like your ST170, and the Cosworth Manifold for the Duratec fits on the front so I will need to talk to my suppliers to find out which one fits your model.
Even if the manifold fits it is recommended that you use a Mustang 70mm throttle body. The 65mm and 67mm throttle bodies are personal choice only. Please don't hesitate to call me if you want to discuss this matter further. Mobile is 0416 931 274

I can get a Diablo Computer Chip and th Pectel Engine management system. I will get some prices for you and ask at the same time whether they are compatible with your ST170. Give me a couple of days to talk with the manufacturers and suppliers on all the queries.

What do you have to offer in terms of throttle body, cold air intake, cams, and engine management for the duratec 2.0L in the new focus?

About the only things you would have that will fit the fiesta is wheels and brakes. A lot of the UKFN guys put the brake setup from the ST170 on fiesta's

I'd be interested in the Cosworth stage 1 and 2 kits if they exist for the 2006 Focus.

I can offer you a after market 65mm throttle body or a Cosworth 67mm throttle body.
Cosworth do a air intake but sorry it's for the 2.3L. I can get after market 1 it makes 6Hp
As for cam gear and cam shaft, manifold, and engine management flywheel, chutch, exhuast.
Cosworth is only doing duratec 2.3L
It'll be a good 6 to 12 months before you see more parts for the 2.0L Duratec
I'll get a price for both throttle body and the air intake. i'll ask if 2.3 manifold will work, its for manual only and engine management

Shorty headers only make 3hp. I can get you a 4-2-1 long tube race header and makes 8-10hp on stock and up to 20hp on modifed engine
i can get a strut brace
I should have a price for you tuesday afternoon

Race headers are illegal for street driving....
I dont think anyone here uses their focus off the street

Im getting confused between 2.0Duratec for the St170 or 2.0 Duratec for the LS Focus.. they are completed different engines arent they?

It does seem that way ST170 has the intake manifold against the fire wall and the new focus Duratec has the intake at the front

who seriously worries about headers being illegal on road cars? not me, just got my first car roadworthy had my long ram pod and my race headers on it all i got was a complement. And the coppers are really nothing to worry about, so long as your car looks "stock" they dont give a rats whats under the hood.

The Zetec manifold won't fit on your St170 as the intake gaskets and they are different.
The St170 Duratec is different to the new 2.0L Duratec Engine
All I can get for the St170 is 65mm throttle body and a air intake.

It is all recommended by Ford racing that you use the Mustang 70mm throttle body to be used with the manifold becuase the manifold increase in Hp and rev over 6,000rpm
A 65mm throttle is 495.00 and the Mustang is 429.65. So what 1 would you have?
The long tube race header goes right to the flex pipe, it does say for race use only
But at the end of the day, if you want more Hp and bottom end then this is the way to go.
I can sell you a shorty header?
I can turn a stock Zetec 130hp=96kw into 188hp=140kw NA
thats without exhaust and camshaft and CNC'D head

The difference is, the 4-2-1 on the Focus necessitates removal the catalytic converter.

How can it be dangerous? if it done right, then there shouldnt be a problem.
Finding someone to work on a Focus is a problem
I sell all upgrade parts for the Ford Focus Zetec and a few thing for the Duratec
This is what im going to be doin to my 2 Ford Focus, take out the engine block and doing it right up and the hole car inside/out, front to back. your looking at about $5300 to $6000 to do the hole engine up without P&H
