Silhouette karts in somerton are great karts and its a nice open track and is a fast one, they use the 100cc J motor 2 strokes and are pretty good, nothing like 12000rpms in ya ear. Anyways it would be pretty good track to go too and its kinda in between everyone so its pretty fair. Also ace karts is a pretty good track aswell.

Le Mans Grand Prix in Keysborough has closed down due to the fact the new freeway goes throught there.
There is also a track in sth Morang. I think its Action go carts. Long way away and very strick rules, large track, its out doors and the carts move. I dont care where we go, just hope we go...... Kev

ive been to the one in sth merang (Action), it was great fun, pretty big track with ups and downs and a decent straight from what i remember, it was raining that day aswell and they supplied the wet weather gear slippery that day.

Yeah action down my area is what i call a mini bathurst with twisties and hills, but i havent personally raced there, but i have seen people race and to me they didnt look like they were all that quick.
But i have been to acekarts and thought they were pretty good. |

Must of been terrible bad luck for the lady at Sth Melbourne...they have pretty safe karts with seatbelts and they are the slower 4-strokes
As for tracks when we used to race a few years back Somerton was one of the best, Sth Morang also good but no hire karts, Ace Karts also good in Sunshine but they had the 4-strokes too, might be different now. |

well, it looks like i am tagging along to the E-Series vs R31 Skyline club drag meet at Heathcote during the day, so unless this gets moved to the sunday or is later saturday night, i am out unfortunatly.

Action Go-Karts, is a great track! The guys are great there. But for the last year, it is only a private track now. You can no longer hire Go-Karts. You have to have your own. :(

Somerton will suit our needs and its a big open track with good speed, at least they are 2 strokes.
