I don't understand what you mean there. I couldn't pick any fully sik speak in there at all really.

Sorry, I'm a tool, i just saw the headline of the article.

it's one thing to joke around with your mates using the fully sick talk etc, but to advertise a car on ebay as fully sick is just plain wrong... especially when it's a shitbox like this

Bwahahahaha what a dodgy ad! At least it's in english (unless ebay has an automatic crap translator?)

4WD Godzilla running gear? In a VL? Soarer V8 TT conversion? Love the imagination...

What a shitheap.

I personally loved the comment about the "It is not a perfect car", then detailing what was wrong with it and stating that "for a lot of people that will make them want it more!"

You'd be stupid to buy it i reckon.... Sorry.

hey Ghia5L, dont laugh about godzilla gear in a VL, A bloke by the name of Peter Hill Built a VL Calais with the 4WD system and Godzilla Motor, Took me for a run in it once before he sold it, now that was a weapon, I am not a Holden fan at all but this thing was a work of art, it ended up in a few magazines over the years, not too sure where it is now. Any way just thought i would let you know it is possible.

What exactly is the equivilant Ford product? A 4.1 injected XF?

Sure there are VLs worth spending money on (namely Walkinshaws), but every second turbo 6 with front mount, bigger turbo, walki kit, flashy paint is just pathetic. Yawn.

You still haven't explained what exactly is wrong with vl's.....

Let me guess.... you're going to bring out the old and done to death " 18yo P plater backward cap wearing" stereotype, blatantly ignoring the fact that there are many switched on people who drive VL's.

I don't see anything overly wrong with that vl on ebay. Sure, it's not in the best condition but it is after all an almost 20 year old car.

To me it seems like a cheap attempt at one eyed Holden bashing.

don't knock the VL Rob, my Nan drives one.

I have deffinately seen worse, the 5 speed would be a good selling point, not the fully sik factor.

i reckon it looks alright but as for hub cap wheels and the stereo system being taken out it aint worth the money, you can buy a fully equiped vl turbo for around 8k
with nicer paint rims etc

this one is a stock 5 speed vl with a paint job(probably a mates rate job aka backyard job)

I'm intrigued... I must look into this (sounds like a great car)! I just thought the seller was just making up shit.

Hrm, the more I think about it, the more I realise that 4wd conversions can't be *that* hard (methinks of a couple of 80s turbo XFs)

What would you think if you saw a stock 1.8 Lancer, including little 13 or 14" steelies, with an Evo 6 kit on it?
****er would spring to mind.

Hmm, I wonder why it needs a new diff.
