Dear folk
I have attached a multi USB charger to my car dashboard using a quality sticky Velcro hook and loop as per the attached photos. https://imgur.com/a/EohQLWO It doesn't last a month till it gets popped up specially when the car compartment is hot during summer. I don't want to use a super glue as it would damage the dashboard. Any other suggestions that can help velcro to stay in its position permanently ? Thx |

Whatever you do make sure the surface is as clean as possible (alcohol wiped), and if it's the flattest (most level) part of the dash that would help as well.

out left field and never done of dashboards but something like plumbing clear silicone holds well, then when you remove the item, the rest just rubs off..with a little pressure.
what about a std glue and when removed with turps or rubbing alcohol leaves no residue... just guessing

not supa, but any silicone type that should come off with turps acatone type cleaners
not meaning to be rude, but thats any ugly box to have on the dash, would it not fit somewhere between the 2 front seats. I would think it would fit under the ICC in my FG, just less obtrusive.
