Default ZF servicing?

Seeing as you guys can do the tune, are you able to service these boxes?
Beats taking it from one place to another.
If not, can you recommend someone in the area that can?
I'll contact you on my off week,

Cheers.

The trouble with servicing a ZF gear box you need the computer to hook up with it ..
Ford use a IDS for this which monitors fulid temps while filliing and from this you will know when to stop filling the auto.

At this stage i dont have our IDS but once its back i will be able to do it again..

A ford dealer will be able to service the 6 Spd and thats about only who i would let do it with factory ZF oil.. dont get talked into TransMax Z oil...

No worrys.
Thanks for that. I'd rather take it to you guys, so I'll just wait and get the tune done on the box at the same time.
Cheers guys.

Hey fellas,

Bit of talk on the F6/G6T forum about people using the transmaxZ fluid. Just wondering why dont you recommend it?

Thanks

Okay, I read it and still dont fully understand. It has a higher CST rating, but so does the mainline product.

I haven't had any issues, and dont give my car a flogging 90% of the time so std oil might be the go.
