Default QLD Track Day

On behalf of Total Driver:

Total Driver is hosting a day at Queensland Raceway on June 19, 2006 and would like to invite the club along to participate.

Events for the day include:
Sprints; Groups of up to 8 vehicles at a time on the track - $99 per vehicle for the FULL DAY (Instructors available)

Performance Driver Programme; Normally $399 but for the club - $299 FULL DAY incl. Lunch. (Full instruction)

Driver Development Course - $275 FULL DAY incl. Lunch. (Full instruction)

All of our track activities utilise the FULL NATIONAL CIRCUIT, not the Clubman Half Circuit.

The Driver Development Course is a must for every day drivers, fleet and company drivers and all drivers wishing to improve their knowledge and skill behind the wheel. Develop and enhance the skills required for everyday driving as well as emergency situations.

The Performance Driver Programme teaches you the skills of the guys who make a living out of being seriously fast! This course is designed for drivers and competitors who want personalised in car instruction to enhance their driving skills and reduce their lap times.

You will:
Learn how to use the steering, brake and throttle to control weight transfer to enhance tyre grip, resulting in increased corner speed, straight line speed and faster lap times
Learn how to read corners, camber changes and influences that affect entry
Learn how to use your body and muscles to achieve maximum control with minimum energy - we look at muscle movements to reduce reaction times, and decrease braking distances and controlled muscle reactions to aid vehicle stability in even the most adverse of conditions.
Redevelop your motor and muscle memory skills to increase driver performance.
Develop controlled relaxation in even the most severe competition

This course puts into practice the vision, balance and planning of the driver and marries that to the vehicle to produce consistent, fast laps that are easy on both driver and vehicle. Places are strictly limited, so we need to get numbers off you by the end of next week (9th June).

If you have any questions, please post them here and we can do our best to answer them, or contact TotalDriver directly by PMing TotalDriver on these forums.

--------------------
Sounds like a great day out for anyone, well priced too. Note the date for confirming interest also, 9th June.

Regards, Timmeh

Thanks for the plug boys.

You don't need anything special, no membership or race membership.

Just you, roadworthy vehicle, long sleeved shirt and pants, helmet and a call or p.m. before next Friday to let us know you're coming.

Thanks again guys.

Cheers,

Car doesn't need to be registered, just track worthy (safe)

Cheers,

Mike
