Hey guys,
I have been talking about an exhaust system, parts, tune with Chris since 5/1/09 and somebody was going to get back to me, but I have heard nothing? I have been emailing you every couple of days as a reminder, however I am still waiting for a call back for a quote.. Are my emails getting through at all? I tried calling your shop during last week but there was no answer also FYI. Maybe you are lucky enough to have some time off with the heat wave; or spending all your time on the new shop (which wouldn't be as lucky haha) Daniel -  : |

Funny, I never have a drama getting through on the phone to the workshop, just the mobile.
Chris invests a lot of time into each phone call to make sure whoever he is talking to gets all the answers they need, part of the reason I chose the KB product over the competitors. If anything, he probably spends too much time on the phone helping customers, (that's not a bad thing though) and that often makes him a hard man to catch on the hop. Be persistant Daniel, they are engaged in some major developments there at the moment. Daniel |

Oh, I should make it crystal clear that from the emails alone I got back from chris were so detailed and helpful I already consider him "The Man" when it comes to this stuff even though he hasn't touched the car yet...
I'm about to head overseas for a few weeks soon and I want to ensure I know how much of the holiday budget I should hide away haha
