Thanks for posting that. Enjoyed a look at the nostalgia of the older cars and clothes.

Pity that common sense and courtesy didn't prevail back then, as it does even less today. There'd be a whole lot less "accidents" if drivers forgot about the "me" mentality and concentrated on the "us".

i can remember BP road safety ads in the 70's - a cartoon black car & white car - i havent seen them for decades. Anyone else remember them? Unfortunately i cant locate them at the archives....

Look at how much the cars move around under braking, also hair styles, mustaches and shirts tucked into pants lol.

I was part of that scene in my youth, how cars & times have changed....and no I do not wear cardigans these days.....still trendy I think lol.

Agree with everyone's comments - loved it !My first car was a Mk2 Corty too. Did you notice most of the cars were Fords and Holdens...

A few of us have a few things in common, or close to.

As with Trublu, I come from that era, and also have a blue px. Like Roadrunner, my first car was a Mk II Corty GT bought in 1970.

Those videos brought back a few memories, both viewing them in the 70s and reliving the cars and fashions. The voice of the narrator was rather ....ahh how would you put it....gentlemanly, quaint?
