Drive em, Don't hide em.

Carry some quick detail, Glass cleaner + some clean terry towels / Micro fibre cloths in the boot. It will sort 99% of traveling detail needed.

I'm assuming he's more annoyed that after all the work he put into cleaning the car, for it to get dirty again within an hour is a pain in the backside.

Happened to me before the last Sydney cruise. Washed and polished the car, looked like a nice day, then it POURED raining that night.

Actually it seems to happen to me a lot. Wash the car Satudray arvo, then Monday when it's time to go to work it's raining :(

well... i suppose im not as car loving as everyone else then :P i'd just take it to one of those highway washes and get the DIRT off with the high pressure.

*shrugs* but thats me, im not too concerned about stuff like that... though i did spend an hour and a half vacuuming my car yesterday.. and doing a bit of stain removal on the carpet

My car's constantly dirty! One time, I had the car sitting out in the sun after just washing it. Then when we had visitors, they drove their Landcruiser straight through the puddle of water that I left when I washed the car. They splattered mud all over the back of the car. Didn't even last half an hour!
