After a pretty dry winter, we've had a an east coast low deliver us a few days of steady rain. Nothing heavy, just constant.
It hasn't rung true for a while but the saying "Rain from the east, three days at least" certainly seems to be playing out this time round. Well, I'm happy for the rain to stop any time soon:   And, yes I'm due to do the pooper scooping

geez remember he first time I discovered Australia had snakes. working holiday, fruit picking around Sheperton, wet season so it was easier to climb ladders bare feet, top of ladder full bag of apples climb down and felt something move under my heel. F A R T top of ladder no apples and stayed there 20 minutes. was ready to fly home then and there.

Took advantage of the nice weather yesterday arvo/evening and got out for a 10km walk. Wasn't planning on going that far, but it was just so nice out.
Took this pic from a new path the council has created on the west side of town.  Then got up early this morning for another walk before work as we're expecting rain this arvo.

Bought this You Am I album a while back and finally got around to opening it up and giving it a spin.
Nothing on the packaging to suggest anything other than a black vinyl, so was a surprise to find this nice finish. Looks ace I reckon

Nice record.
Years ago my brother bought an Elvis album, it was all his songs with blue in it. Blue Suede Shoes, Blue Moon, GI Blues etc. The vinyl was royal blue in colour, very neat.
