Default au series 3 poor fuel economy

Okay so ive had the car for around 17 months, ever since ive owned it its had really crap fuel economy getting roughly 300 ks to a tank. it now gets around 400 ks to a tank, parts that have been rwplaced are as follows, new oxy sensor, new tps, leads and plugs, new fuel filter, new oil and filter, new air filter, new fuel pressure reg, gutted cat and cleaned throttle body. im getting over having to fuel up on a regular bassis and want this problem fixed! i just tested the tps in ohms and volts, ohms test came back good, volts came back as throttle close 0.40 volts, throttle fully open 4.00 volts, from what ive read thats seems to be good. I checked thermostat just now which has 113 stamped 113 degrees? Au are meant to run a 92 degree thermostat correct? will running a higher temp thermostat cause it to guzzle fuel?

Any help/info you guys have will be greatly appreciated

cant really measure it like that though, you need to fill it right up, then reset the trip meter and see how many total kays your getting.
