Default Do I use DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid?

Gday,

I'm a little confused as to whether I use DOT3 or DOT4 brake fluid for my '78 Esky. Brakes are standard escort items.

Thanks.

Dot 4 Replaces Dot 3, Hard to find Dot 3 these days. Dot 4 is better.
