Default Thank You

Hey everyone.

This is my 1000st post on this forum and i wanted to make it a good one.

I know this may sound sad but making 1000 posts on this forum has been a goal i have wanted to achieve since signed up to AFF. Originally a mate introduced me to the forum. And as soon as i joined the forum i realised that all the people with a high post count generally knew what they were taking about and i wanted the same for myself. now i can say i have achieved that milestone and have some idea what i am talking about lol ;).

Over the time i have been on the forum i have read many thing, learn many thing and as a result have met many great people and increased me knowledge of cars, how they work and how they can be modified. This has spured my interest in cars and along with the support of the club has encouraged me to make it even better each week.

It is the goal of almost everybody on this forum to make there car unique. People spend hours before a show to get there car looking better than the next, debating which tyre shine looks better. i believe i have achieved a tiny bit of this uniqueness that people strive for. this only comes with time and money. which i dont have much of either at this point in time. but i have learnt what makes a good car and i have set my eyes on the prize, of finally winning some sort of award for my car.

Finally i wanted to thank the members of the OFC that i have gotten to know and become friends with. Your kind words mean a lot.

P.S- by the end of the year you WILL see some changes under my bonnet. the mod bug had spread to the engine bay...

just a pic from sunday.enjoy

matt
