Would you be able to provide me two options for upgrading my FPV GS.. one option with better rotors and mild calipers and the last to be a full top of the range kit.

The full option starting from 4 piston calipers all round then up to 6 piston front and 4 piston rear starts from $5000 to $7500.These kits will require rims to clear the big brakes thankyou.
The other option does bot use new calipers but better rotors and pads and starts from $1440.There are cheaper pad and rotor options available as well.
