As I do understand the drink driving thing.However today driving along Wellington rd in Mulgrave a female P plater was too busing to have her eyes on the road at 70km/h in the right lane. Looking for something in her handbag (likely a mobile phone) was more important. I can see her face in rear vision mirror and the actual bag being lifted whilst driving. Meanwhile as she is veering into the left lane then back again. I took the opportunity to undertake. Whilst beside her I hit my horn to gain her attention which worked and gave her the 2 fingers towards my eyes then pointed them to the road ahead. Her response was to hit her horn back and keep searching in her bag. After passing she almost side swiped a car on her left.... Where are the police when you need them. I have some dashcam footage of when we entered Wellington rd but will upload if needed.
