Wont know for at least a month or so when I get my new timetable.

Those that wish to stay in a cabin there is approx 8 available at this stage
Cabins:
1. Ausbird +1
2. CobraXR8 +1
3. evl.54l + 1
4. JOSH + 1
5. Burnedout
Hope you can make it Clay, can we help with your schedule......kill someone perhaps? :evil3:

Update:
The Coachman is unavailable for the weekend of the Meet.
The entire hotel is booked out by the Early Falcon Club which are holding there show the same weekend.

We can still book the bistro there for Saturday night dinner if you want to go ahead with that?

I can call around other hotel/motels for availability of accommodation for those who need it?

Well we did once get Grum to write me a note saying I had a doctors appointment to get me out of TAFE so I could go to a B Series meet
But I don't think that will cut it at uni. I just have to wait and see what I have on in that week and whether I can squeeze it in or not. Problem is they don't send out a new timetable for a while yet.

In earlier posts you'll see links to accommodation available in the area.
My advice is to get in early as there are a lot of places with limited vacancies already.
If you want to stay 'in' town so as you can frequent the pubs then enquire at the Henry Parkes Motor Inn. Mention your with the B-Series Owners Club of Australia as they have approx 17 rooms set aside for us.

Where we're staying is booked out already.
We were allotted 5 cabins and all have been booked, sorry.
It is possible there may be a couple more available to book in August if they aren't already booked by his regulars.
