Default ford racing number plate protectors

hi all im just wanting to find some glass number plate protectors with the ford racing logo on it. ive tried ford spare parts and fpv already with no luck.
any help would be greatly appreciated

they are also illegal to use as well.
the cops will tell you this too.

try www.fordracingparts.com when u have found the one, get the product number and contact race parts australia www.racepartsaustralia.com.au the import all the stuff from the us

Dont forget all US plates are a different size and wont fit Australian rego plates

good point, i think ford racing oz stands (usually at v8 and motorshows) have em too

i wasnt aware that they were illegal i used to have them on a previous car i used to own and i was never hassled. i think ill just get generic ones and get a sticker made up

Valued Contributor: For members whose non technical contributions are worthy of recognition. - Issue reason: DASH/bfiipursuit has been alot of help over the years I have frequented this forum, lots of thoughtful and informed posts, very much a valued contributor.

They arent illegal....

In any state for that matter and alot of Ford dealers now have their advertising printed on them and fitted before you take delivery. They are an option on the Ford Website along with HSV and are Legal..

The only ones that are illegal are the mirror ones that distort the flashes ability to take a picture of the plate.

1000% spot on. They are totally legal , just picked up an ALTREX set and they clearly state on the packaging that they are legal in all states of Australia.

Ahuh, Altrex Supply all the dealers with their Branded ones to..

Even Kenworth Trucks come from Brown and Hurley with them attached.
