Default Hornet Alarm Tech Help

Just wondering if anyone has a link or a number so I can contact someone from Hornet about my alarm system.

In short its awesome, but I think it has a motion/frequency sensor and its is waaaay to sensitive. Im hoping there is a way of tuning it down a tad.

I live on a hill, and trucks/cars engine brake and every now and then depending on the noise (frequency I guess) it gets set off. Usually early in the morning while I am in bed..LOL

So yeah, I would like to keep the central locking, auto lock/open, immobilizer and alarm as is, but do something about the crazy motion sensor.

I dont know the model name as there seems to be no marking, I have pics of the alarm and components but I cant find my digi-cam cable at the moment
:evil3:
Cheers :
