Default Right Hand Drive Ford GT!

Check out the world's first right hand drive Ford GT. Mustang Motorsport, in Melbourne, have completed the first ever RHD conversion of the awesome Ford GT.

This is the first car, and there are two more already in the conversion process. They meet full ADR specs so they can be registered and driven in all states.

That car would look so hot with some nice alloys, they are full blown shockers that come with the car.

They are the factory "lightweight option" rims. The standard rims are these puppies:

I'd rather move to the U.S. for 12 months, buy a GT over there and drive it around in the States, touring the countryside (in a Ford GT mind you!), then bring it back to the N.T., get it licensed there as LHD, then bring it back to your state of origin running the N.T. plates.

Conclusion: Have a one year U.S. holiday in a GT and don't have to butcher it to RHD to drive it over here. Overall cost difference would be negligable.

The Mustang Motorsport site has a cool feature so you can see the Ford GT colours, with and without stripes, and the wheel options...

So what you are asking is if you have an automatic licence even if it is upgraded to manual automatically can it be upgraded manually by sitting for a manual test and if passed the automatic licence is automatically upgraded but if failed is the automaic licence automatically failed as well and do you have to read the road safety manual to sit for the manual upgrade or does the automatic licence test of the road safety manual automatically cover the manual test as well?

That would look so good in my driveway next to my XR6, or even better again, next to my new Orion GT.
