Default Help me with wheels! I'm just a girl *giggle*

Well, the time has come to change the stock 15" alloys on my black WP Fiesta Zetec.
Can anyone tell me what the offset is for my baby ??
Also, if you have a Fiesta with non-standard wheels, show me a picture
I'm looking to get 17" wheels... not sure if I'm going with chrome or the black & silver combos.

Hi Sonia

Be sure to have a look at our Tyre Technical forums located Here as there are some links to various online tyre places.

Here's mine before I lowered it, with 17's

http://i26.photobucket.com/albums/c1...ear/Careys.jpg

Here's another I put wheels on at work, this time with 16's

The standard offset is +52, but you can get away with +45, they just sick out a little.

Hope this helps, be sure to post pics when you decide on some.

Should be 35 to 40 offset. This is what most late model Fords have.

Nice car! Makes me wish I'd spent the extra $200+ for a black paint job.

Another Melburnian Fez driver! Welcome to the forum. Where are you from? East or West?

The Simpsons and Futurama both kick butt.

Yes, I love the black paint... but it is a b*tch to keep clean ! White is definately an easier colour to maintain.

I'm from the North actually, I've had my car since November 2005 and I love it !

Danny, those wheels look really good

I was originally looking as getting the Focus 17's that look like the optional 16's on the Fiesta WP. But I've decided to go for something that less people have done.
At the moment I have my eye on the wheels below... but I'm still undecided.

I have 17" CSA Dominators on mine Sonia:

I think a black and machined/chrome wheel would look the goods with a black paint job. Machined finishes look a hell of a lot better than some of the nasty imported chrome wheels that come over here though.

Scareybear, didn't they stop making Arrius wheels? I wouldn't have mind some big diameter ones for my Falcon a while back but they didn't do the right offset then and since have disappeared.

As soon as I get my brand new WQ Zetec in about two weeks, I'll be deciding between these babies...

I'm leaning towards the second one.

LethalLeigh: Those wheels look cool, you need to show me a side on pic on your car, seeing as your avatar is too small for me to see them.

Swaytan: I think number 1 is best choice... although I do like number 3, but the more dish, the smaller they look.
