Posted by Xcabbi, Does it slap or rattle? Rattle is more to do with timing chains and tensioners. Slap is more to do with lifters, rings, bearings or GENIII boat anchors

I have a XR6 s111 hp and a wrecked xr6 st s111 vct. I want to do heart transplant, will the vct go straight in , with vct ecu ?? or is there other little extras as well??

I've had both a VCT in the past, and now a HP. I honestly wouldn't say you will improve the cars performance swapping engines unless your current HP motor is in a bad way.
